JESS SPOUSTA is the best. This cute lil opppsum is the second piece I’ve gotten from Jess and she is now my go to artist. 1) Her vibe is completely unique. I gave her the vaguest description of what I was going for but she brought it to life perfectly. I love everything about this piece. 2) She is great and gentle artist. Even for a first time. Very clear communications and happy to give a break whenever needed and NEVER makes you feel bad about it 3) Overall a really fun experience! Jess makes you feel really welcome and relaxed. The space at 1001 Troubles is cleaned, primarily women artists, very uplifting with only positive attitudes. Already planning my next….

Set in a beautifully walkable town, this place is beautiful!!! The artists are skilled and accommodating. From the gothic interior decor to the welcoming staff to the meticulously clean conditions, this place is worth it if you’re in New England. It was a 2 hour drive and I’m taking it again in two months for more. Shout out to India, who did these two pieces!

Always have a great experience here! I’ve been here 6 or 7 times now and have had two different artists work on tattoos, Fredd and Charity. Fredd did my most recent piece and it came out gorgeous! (Picture is before he was completely done) Everyone is always friendly and chill. The shop is also clean and a comfortable environment. I will be back for more work in the future and highly recommend others to check this place out, so many talented artists available here.

Can’t say enough great things about Syd! I had been following her on social media for a while and was super impressed by her work. I absolutely loved her butterfly lady flash designs and just had to get one tattooed on me! Syd was professional, kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The shop itself is beautiful and clean, as was Syd’s station. I absolutely love how my butterfly lady came out! I get so many compliments on this tattoo. Syd did a phenomenal job. I will be back!
